Fresh produce is a classic still life subject for artists over the ages. When I paint fresh produce, I usually paint the same group of fruits or vegetables in a variety of different arrangements. Natural light is important for me when creating these artworks, and the surface is carefully chosen to contribute to the mood of the painting.
