Painting in an environment is the best way I know to become familiar with a new place. Road trips are my favorite way to travel because I can easily bring my painting kit. These paintings were all created on location. They are souvenirs of my travels. Looking at each of these paintings, I can recall where I was and what it felt like to be there.
